How to request deletion

To delete your account, send us an email from the address you used to sign in. This lets us confirm ownership and protect your information.

  1. Send an email to the address below using the email linked to your Habits profile.
  2. Include a short note requesting deletion of your account and personal data.
  3. We will confirm your request and notify you once the removal is complete.

Account deletions are permanent. Once your data is removed, it cannot be restored. Include any questions in your message; we are here to help.
